The only problem with superheros: they are all the same.....
A cape, mask, and some apendages, possibly legs arms and fingers. and a masked head......
In fact, then only real difference in superheros is the little symbol on their suits (which would be the defining point in any superhero origami model). Some, like batman, have other features, pointy things on his head in this case...... this is probably why there are no that many hero models.

But it is still fun to design.

No capes!

Actually, most superheroes, particularly today, don't go for this old school look; it's now all spandex suits and leather and whatnot. There's quite a lot of superheroes (sidekicks, and villains) with unique, distinctive looks - Silver Surfer, Thor, Squirrel Girl, Arthur, Sabertooth, Archangel etc, etc.

Well, I guess I need to learn more about superheros.....
Thor has little horns on his head, and a cape...(no doubt, while casting lightning bolts from the sky, he will get sucked into a jet engine)

Archangle just has big wings....reminds me of dadalus models. He has no cape
Sabertooth does not even have big teeth... umm... he has a little fu thing around his neck though.

my point: nothing, just talking

In fact, I might try to design an archangel.

Indeed, there are only things like knights in shining armour, but no modern day super heroes

Hmmm....strange, it looks like all those variations are based almost solely on the color of the suits.... The wing size varies a little but the basic chape remains the same. I must be blind or something

There could be lots of variations of detail though. for instance, wing detail, with actual feathers.

# 8 is pretty funny. although, he has no wings so I'm not sure who thought he should be Archangel....

Hey, I just got my computer back, so I should be able to post more often. Bad thing is that I lost all of my information, since I had to replace the hard drive. So, I need to find a new program to write CP's. I'll try and find something. I may be able to just sketch out the head's cp, and post that up somehow. I'll work on it.
