5cm.....that's pretty small. Your best bet in that case is to find paper that is 10 cm or 100mm and just cut it into 4's. It might take a little effort on your part but then you can buy a pack of 1k 10 cm papers and end up with 4k 5cm papers.

True. I'm currently experimenting with cutting up 15cm² paper and its not too bad. Id still need 2150 sheets of single colour 15cm².

Random Thoughts... in the US ... :

Contact PassionOrigami, Origamido, and Kimscrane for recommendations.

Contact the name on the package for 1000 sheets, most can accommodate a large order, like you're asking for.

Kinkos, Hobby Lobby, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples may be able to help.... but cutting Perfect Squares is not guaranteed.

I have some paper from Greenbrier International, Inc., from Yasutomo, from Aitoh, from Komo, from http://www.kidstoyo.co.jp .

I have some paper from McLaughlin Paper Co., and Sullivan Paper Co.

.... no guarantees ... but one of these may be able to help.

go to a print firm and explain what you want, they have machines to cut them up nicely and in most cases it's not very expensive.
