"Origami on the Edge"

Looks interesting, does anyone know anymore details about the models? - it's due out in about a month.

I can see the well known motorbike there. The hammerhead looks good too.

If you check out his website, you'll find many pictures of all of his models.

Strange. Thought i was one of the only people that goes by Xander. The models all look very nice though i wonder about the complexity. Does anyone know about the folding of these models?

I got my copy of the book two days ago in the mail. It looks as if the models would be very complex but I haven't folded them yet so I can't say for sure. My first impression was that the drawings get very tiny at some points. In the middle of the book there are two pages with colour photos of all the models. The models are: Sword, Hammerhead Shark, Vampire Bat, Tank, Crocodile, Rabbit, Ghost Bride, Chameleon, Hemp, Brahma Bull, Polar Bear, Komodo Dragon, Gila Monster, Demon, Dragon, Motorcycle.
The first models have around 30 steps the last around 100 the ones between in between.
Maybe I can tell you more as soon as I've folded some of the models.

Argh! That website makes noise!
And even if you click the stop button, it starts playing again when you change page. Very Bad!

On the other hand, the origami looks quite nice. I think I'll browse his Flickr instead though since it doesn't force music upon me.

Edit:
Most of the models that Anna listed are there on his Flickr. I really like the look of quite a few of them. They have such solid looking 3D shapes.
