Flocking tissue?

Browsing through topics, I came across models folded out of "flocking tissue".
What is "flocking tissue"?

just in case anyone wants to know (I know the post is old but boredom can do this to you)

Flock–noun
1.a velvetlike pattern produced on wallpaper or cloth decorated with flock.

And so flocking tissue is most likely tissue paper with velvet imprints on it. (I think I've seen scrapbooking paper that was like that, but not tissue...)
