I starded last week an horse from a 3,5 cm paper...
There's no meaning finishing it...
I don't think I'll try one smaller than 2 cm...
For me Origami_8 won this competition!
do you agree? Barlou

Well, I see that more like a search of the limit of origami than a competition.
I stop too, I find I tried as little as I could.

origami_8 you are now my new hero...hah well heroine. But WOW!! 2cm?? I am speechless. Here I am trying to go big on models and you pulled out your tiny horse.hahha that's SICK@ I don't think I will ever attempt anything that small.

I just finished folding Hideo's horse. Though over all I think horses look too plain :-/ haha with the exception of Joseph Wu's "Seren's Horse" NOW! that horse is a BEAST! she's a monster! haha I would definately love to fold that.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fold step 226 of this model?

The diagram says it's an inside reverse fold but reality and the subsequent diagrams say otherwise :)

Any ideas?

Sorry, I was without my books when you last asked, and couldn't help.

Anyhow, it is an inside reverse fold. And not a difficult one. Performing this reverse fold results in it being pleated. Reverse fold both layers together, and it results in [four] pleated layers.

Hope that helps.

Ah excellent. Thanks!

You're right, it's not difficult at all. Strange the way the most simplist of folds can sometimes be the hardest to figure out.

You shouldn't try to understand what he means. Most of the times it's impossible to figure out :)

hmmm.... a bahamut folded from 2cm paper.... now that would be something. Even a bahamut with a final size of 2cm would be amazing
So long and keep folding ^_^
