well, the supreme court recently defended video games as art. origami shouldn't be such a hard sell in that light.

I wished the situation was the following:
1. the artist discovers Lang's CP's and finds them interesting
2. he contacts Lang and asks for permission to use them for his/her artwork
3. Depending on the decision the artist uses Lang's CP's or the one of a Artist that gave permission
I'm not a fan of Copyright in it's current form. But I'm an advocate of respect and this artist was definitely respect-less. In this case I hope the Origami Artist will win.

For those interested in the Sarah Morris case, it has been settled out of court under confidential terms and conditions. There is more information posted both on my website and Robert Lang's.
