for gallery origami house publications, you are better off buying it directly from them on their website. the cost is roughly the same, and the product arrives much faster. i got the komatsu book ~ 1-2 weeks after i ordered it.

the publication error is in the horse diagrams, i think.

Yeah, it seems like the folks in Europe received the book about 2-3 weeks ago, and in the US, about 2 weeks ago.

Is there a published errata, about the horse diagrams, etc. ?

Origami-Shop also offered a package of 40 sheets of papers to match the models, as well as a little free advice:

no published errata, hank. there is an error in the tiger diagrams, too. they are minor ones, showing you creases that you haven't made, and are easy to figure out. strange though, that through the years that komatsu's diagrams have always been consistently the most flawless, but then when he changes them, he introduced errors.

I received my copy from Origami-Shop on Saturday. I am pleased as punch! I'm amazed that pretty much every model previously released has a new folding sequence. My only qualms are that it's difficult to keep the book open when following the diagrams, and the English translations are sometimes pretty garbled.
