This looks like a nice & simple way to sell your models

...are there no issues with rights when selling other peoples designs?

There's a gray area - as I understand it, you can't use another artist's name for profit. So I think removing the designer's name from the listings wouldn't be disrespectful so much as a way to prevent somebody who searches for "Roman Diaz" to be steered into your shop.

Legal stuff aside, it's ethical to ask the designer if you can sell their model.

Thank you for the message! I will certainly ask them, I didn't know it. From some designers i know they give permission to sell there models.
