I just treated myself to a discover pack at the origami shop and overall I was absolutely delighted with what I got. The only thing is all the tant paper which was nothing I was expecting. I guess it comes across to me as butcher paper with a little more texture and butcher paper regardless of texture for the most part is something I never fold with.

I want to like this paper but I can't seem to figure out what to fold with it. So far my impression hasn't been good and was wondering if you guys can post some pictures of models folded with this paper and some suggestions. If your wondering about my folding level I would call myself an high-intermediate.

one of the best ways to answer your question is taping the word "tant" in the origami pool on flickr:

that would give you a good idea of what to fold.

I already figured out that much. Browsed through a couple pages looking for a thread specifically for tant (in the subject header).

Which thread is this paper one that you're creating David? Is it not on a new thread?

Yeah Anna said that if a faq was written she would post it. Adam said that he would also help, the more people that write, the quicker it will get done! Right now we're discussing it here.
