Famous folders

i am a folder and am writing a report about famous folders so i was wondering who do you think has made the most unique and original origami

There are so very many terrific designers & folders, that to single one out would be a disservice to the enormous genius of the remaining 50 or so.
You could hazard a very preliminary start with these websites:

There are another 25 or so not included in the above lists.
A frequent beginning oftentimes includes Akira Yoshizawa .
There are so many, throughout the world, that one could easily do a Master's thesis or Doctorial .
There is a ton of information on the web, so a modest amount of research will easily give you instant material for your report.
