Does anyone know of a program that can insert a single pdf file into the middle another 64 page file??
There is a missing page of my book, and i need to get this done ASAP otherwise my book won't be selling on origami-shop.
Please help!

You cannot insert, but you can cut the file, and then merge it again with the missing page at the good place.

Unfortunately, I think most programs which offer that sort of function cost money. Adobe Acrobat and Foxit Phantom (which are the non-free, feature-laden versions from each company) can both do what you want.
Neither are cheap, though.

PDFSAM is your best bet, I think. Split the 64-page file where the missing page needs to be inserted, then merge the first part with the missing page, and merge the result with the second part. Obviously.

PDFill is an option too. Haven't used the tool in there, but it has a reorder and split tool. Then merge them again with the merge tool.

I can do it on my Mac with Preview application.

The Acrobat distiller is perfectly capable of such an operation.

Glad you managed it. Otherwise I would have offered you to send it to me and I would do it for you with Adobe Acrobat (a matter of seconds with this program).

Wow, that sounds good, i might get it.

PDF24 Creator is free and you can combine pictures and pdfs and whatever into one new pdf. your can also cut out or resort pages. its for free, no matter to buy acrobat or "get it from somewhere"
