Re: Joshua Goutam
Thanks Arun and Sebastian. It s a completely different design than the earlier one. It still needs work though, any suggestions?

I don't really like how the eyes come from that bottom section (you asked for suggestions), but it looks pretty good.
Please, add me on flickr and tell me what you think!

Re: Joshua Goutam
A suggestion for your crab model is to not make it looked like a stuffed crab. I see some of your models and think, "Wow they are looking good", but then other ones like the crab seem super thick and seem like you rushed. Try to get all the folds to go down on each other so you get a thinner look model. It sort of looks like a stuffed pita.

Re: Joshua Goutam
Why not? Stuffed crabs are delicious
For your constructive criticism, I think (though maybe it would make them too short) to stretch the legs out and crimp them to look more like a crabs armor!
Folding is everything, and everything is folding

Re: Joshua Goutam
The final fold will be neater so the model shouldn't look that thick. I'll try to stretch the legs some more.

Re: Joshua Goutam
Haha I like it. To me it looks a little bit like some cartoon crab and that's good

Re: Joshua Goutam
I like the legs the way they are. It is one of the features that really adds to the model, a little bit of whimsy that really gives it character and gives the claws an impression of beefiness.

I'll make it more realistic when i refold it.
I'll see what looks best for the legs.
