You can choose from
1.Tesselation grafts: The subject can be anything but it must incorporate a tesselation in it.
2.Horses: Every horse model i have seen is different. Be creative in your approach.
3.Super Smash Bros. : Fold any character appearing in the SSB series of games.

1 sheet of paper, any shape or size
no cuts no glue, shaping is allowed

I think I'll pick Horses.

I started working on something but it wasn't turning out very well so I think I'll have to change my approach.
I'll see what I can get done today.
