The Harry Potter books I own don't have any pictures inside. Would it be okay to post the description of the folded subject?

I'm in a dilema.

I think Eric Joisels dwarf would be perfect to modify into a Harry Potter character, but I don't want to rip off or anything. D:
Is modification to an existing model/CP legal for this challenge? And when it's over, and the CP is different enough, can I claim it as my own? I don't want to steal... especially from one who can't defend himself.

This is a bit of a grey area-you can certainly call modifications of existing designs your own if they are significantly different, but I don't know about using Joisel's dwarf CP. If the CP stays the same, you probably still need to credit Joisel, especially since the model was designed to be shaped in many different ways. That said, it is still your own-you would just need to credit Joisel as creating the CP/base for it.
