Origami-shop.com Mulberry vs Unryu

Hello everybody,

As far as I can see, unryu paper is the same as mulberry paper but with extra long fibers stuck in. (After treating with MC etc) will those fibers make a difference in the folding? Does unryu actually feel different from mulberry? I've also seen the sometimes those papers have btw of bark/mulch stuck in them, do I still have to worry about since I'm buying it from origami-shop, and the bark is only in unryu not meant for origami? I'm kind of drawn to the mulberry paper because it comes in a bigger size, but if you could let me know if there's some reason I should buy the thai unryu instead that would be awesome :)

Thanks.

There pretty much the same, but I find mulberry paper to be a little smoother, thinner, and crisper' and it to s what I prefer.

Smoother and thinner is certainly better (for me), though is it more likely to break because it's crisper?

Well, not really. Both are very strong, ( I do not know the numbers, though) so even if mulberry paper is weaker, it is still very, very strong.
