Hello, I'm new to the forum.
I've been folding origami for nearly 2 years now, starting with with very basic models and working my way through Michael Lafosse's Butterfly book, and Jun Maekawa's excellent Genuine Origami.

I've just bought Gen Hagiwara's wonderful book Spirits of Origami from the excellent Passion Origami series and am stuck on steps 69-70 - I wondered if anyone here has folded this and can give advice?
It seems like it should be pretty straightforward but I can't get my head around it!

Are you still stuck? Seems like you followed the wrong crease for your mountain fold, it should line up with the edge behind it.

If you're still stuck I'll take some photos for you.
