Does anyone where I can find the diagram for this crane ring. All I know is that it was designed by Jim Churn.

Try designing it...

Fold a preliminary base in the center of the dollar, fold a crane, then narrow the flaps. should be simple enough.

I did it. I found the diagram in the "Origami Resource Center"

So I tried with a rectangular paper (7x17 cm). Really I have a little time practing origami; nevertheless I though it see very fine...
