The Ultimate Origami Resource Site

Hello everyone, for the last month or so I've been working very hard on what I like to call the Ultimate Origami Resource Site.

You can find it at: http://ultimateorigami.net/

My idea was to create one giant site to help people find origami resources such as diagrams, crease patterns, books, artists, articles and whatever else you can think of origami related.

I just launched the site this weekend and there's already a ridiculous amount of content there such as over 1000 links to free diagrams and crease patterns organized by category and rated by difficulty.

I also have plans to keep an origami themed blog there as well which should be officially starting later this week.

I still have plans to add a ton more to the site over the next couple of weeks so please check it out and check back regularly.

Thanks a lot!

That's an amazing site! If I may make a suggestion, it would be nice if there was a way for visitors to comment on or add book reviews.

That's for the kind comments everyone.

@orikata: I'd love to add comments to the site, especially to blog posts and what not but I don't know how. I only so know much when it comes to making websites and it looks like adding in comments requires making some crazy php database or something. I have no idea how to do that.

I'm looking in to it though and one day there will be comments. In the mean time there's a contact email if you have feedback at the bottom of the main page. At the bottom of every page where it says "Site designed by Peter Saydak" clicking on my name takes you to the contact page as well.

That's the best I can do right now. There is the Twitter account and Facebook account too if you want to leave comments there.

Great site, lots of good stuff.

Broken link report: The link towards Quintin Trollip's Fairy in diagrams (mythological Creatures) does not work any more, the photo's seem to have been removed.

Thanks, I've fixed those links.

I'm also going through and sort of redoing the diagram and crease pattern sections to hopefully better respect the people who run the sites that host the diagrams.

That should be done in another couple of days hopefully.
