i dont know about his email but he almost never answers questions on his flickr comments and he yelled at me on facebook one time because something hacked my account and posted a chain thing on his wall XD i de-friended him after that

Yes he does answer emails if they are intelligent. Not to offend someone. But asking if there are diagrams or CPs for his work is annoying to him I bet. He has answered my email once. But, yes. If it is a question like if he has diagrams for something; best to ask on the forum and not to bug the creator.
