Origamido Studio

Post by Kyle2952 »

At the studio in Haverhill Mass. can you buy premade sheets, or just take the tour, and make your own paper. I don't have 500 dollars for the tour, but i would like to buy some origamido. :(

If I'm not mistaken, you can buy sheets leftover from projects for like eight bucks each. This made me realize that I should go down to their studio, since its only like a 2.5 hour drive  .
EDIT: You can also buy a few colors at Nicolas Terry's online shop, but its about 15 usd per sheett.

I'm assuming you live in the US.

Call Paper tree in SF. (paper-tree.com IIRC) They have everything, except Ogami apparently. I get lots of origamido from there. I don't ever recall them being out of stock, so little people know about it...
Its 10 bucks/sheet. Theres nothing online. You gotta call them.

How big are the sheets? Seeing as it's leftovers and handmade.

Just order. Shippings quite cheap and decently fast.
Either way, its excellent. Though the individual sheets vary, most of mine are very similar, as I ordered about 15 sheets at once.
Enjoy.

What I recall is Richard will happily sell you paper if he has it. Very expensive, and worth every dime.
