Yeah I don't like Flickrs official app... Use flickstackr, it's much better
The only limit in origami is your imagination and your patience

Yeah, look how much public opinion mattered for Facebook's Timeline.

I wouldn't count on that, flickr invested lots of man/ hours and thus money on this new layout. Most likely they are going to get the errors out in the next couple of weeks.

Edit: after writing the above post I opened the webpage, it says that everyone gets a terrabyte of free space.
So does this mean I'll be able to have more than the previous limit of 200 photo's on my free account?

Edit nr 2: I must say that although it looks really great on my laptop, I think it works better for my (smart)phone. The picture are really large on the laptop, so I understand what everyones problem is. I'm also missing the discriptions, now you have to click on the photo, and I can't see the number of views of my photo's anymore. Hope they are going to find some way to fix that.

Yep. The only advantage of a paid account is not having ads show up on some pages. Or the significantly more expensive option to get *2* Terabytes of storage.

I like the new look for viewing photos, but for photo management I wish they'd have retained a way to get to the old-style, catalog-like listing...

@ kafar: thanks that works. Just to bad I'll have to check every individual photo from now on.
@fncll: Well I like getting some more space. I had to delete half my picture about a year ago because I was at the limit of 200 pics. After that I had to Edit my entire gallery here on the forum because of all the pictures that where missing.

I guess people do derive pleasure from repetition and monotony rather than change and excitement.
As with everything it will take some use--but otherwise I don't see it negatively.

The new flickr sucks.
I like it when it says hello to me in other languages. The photos are also very large so my computer takes forever to open the page. The large photos causes a bit of mess up and there is very less space. I liked the old design better.
The good thing about it is that it has 1TB of space.
