God of Thunder

I'm looking for some help with with Hojyo Takashi's God of thunder, I got some Tantiedan convention books from eBay, and the God of Thunder CP is in number 10, but all the comments are in Japanese

. I've folded from CP's before, but I don't even know if its a partial CP or what.. can anyone give me some tips so I know where to start?

Since the crease pattern is very complex and totally symmetrical, only half of it is printed, to maximize space.

@Jared, I got books 1-10 for an absolute steal, some guy who didn't know what they were

Some o them are in pretty bad shape, but they're readable
