It is another beautiful rose, is it done by 鈴木絵美子?
(don't know the English for this lady as just saw in japanese website)
Indeed, someone may think that the Yamaguchi Makoto rose is not as good as Kawasaki rose, since Yamaguchi Makoto didn't make a twist at the center for it.

I will post the picture later (hoping next week), no need to search in web.
I would think that it's better to create more different models :D

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum but I've been visiting for a while now. To Eaglehorn, you make a very beautiful rose!
I've made some roses of my own with a hexagon and a octagon, but they're no where as lovely as yours. I'd post some but I don't have the first clue on how post a photo!

eaglehorn wrote: Are you going to publish a cp? it would be nice to try, i'm also currious about the angles & proportions :).
Here's the CP for my 6-petal rose (version 1)
It may a little bit different from the one I posted before

Because I'm not really satisfy and I would like to modify it further. I would be pleased if you don't quote the picture in the reply or forward the picture to others. Instead of forwarding the CP to others solely, I think it's better to leave them the link of this forum as to invite more people to visit this forum.

I'm busy these days and may not have time to take pictures
I hope I could do so later.

I don't really use quoting, i can't remember i ever used it on any forum...
It's much important on school work, work hard :D

I'm just afraid, after quoting it, people would discuss my "ugly" product widely. :?
Indeed, I am so pleased that people are interested in it and I would like to let others know more about it once I figured a better one.
Thank you all.

I see this is where all the modified/more than 4 sided roses are posted :) Let me join in! (so we can have less rose threads)

I've made these (you may have seen them before) :

But I haven't had much time to perfect them since that picture.

Forum_acct:

Your hexagonal rose is very pretty :) Looks very natural and like someone mentioned, there is a nice mix of dense inner petals and open outer petals :) would love to try when i have the time!

Maybe I can try port the (my) above design to a hexagon :D. Forum_acct, you've inspired me!
