Ok this is embarassing for me 'cause I'm a beginner and you are all experts and maybe not interested in simplicities

but I would like to know how to make this simple owl:

I've been googling and haven't found it. I asked blogs authors but any response yet

Can you help me?

Looks like the owl by Shoko Aoyagi with big eyes and feet glued on:
