Probably someone is selling tissue, foil and glue to make your own, but tissue foil is very hard to find anywhere. :?

Tissue foil is a lot easier to make than you might think. It takes a little bit of time and effort, but not much. The rewards are well worth the effort.

There is a quick little video you can get to through this link, http://www.passionorigami.com/ , that shows how simple it is to make tissue foil.

I'm from Singapore too! It is possible to find foil paper in Popular, though most of them are rather slipshod. However, do go to Fancy Papers at North Bridge Centre, they do sell foil there, along with many great origami papers.

I'm from Singapore too. Fancy Papers is really the place to get paper. It has a wide range of papers such as elephant hide and handmade paper, and they come in various sizes too. It's just located opposite the national library. From my experience, prices range from about $0.60 (A3 size) to $1.50 or more a piece, depending on the type and the size of the paper you're buying. You should make a trip there to see if they have anything you're looking for.
