Gilad Aharoni has a review of this book:
http://www.angelfire.com/art/gilad/BO_Mask.html
It's still available at Sasuga books (http://www.sasugabooks.com).
The masks featured in this book have their origins in Japanese theatre and dance. The instructions are clear and almost all the folds have landmarks, in contrast to the more free-form Joisel-style masks. I can't really comment about how 'accurately representational' the masks are, since I'm not familiar with this art form so there's no basis for a comparison.

I just recived this book from OUSA. It's in Their sales flyer for $30. I had never folded any masks before and I'm really enjoying it. Here's what I've folded so far.Pictures
