While it is really amazing to see how many ideas you have to a subject and immediately can design so many different things, I would really like to encourage you to take a closer look at the original subjects. In this case a picture of a real swallow. Google image can help you with this task: http://images.google.com
On your new fold the wings are in a position that is very unlikely, not to say impossible for a swallow.
I also see that tissue foil gives you a lot of shaping possibilities, but you should only use it for a final fold with lots of patience making sure every Crease is exactly where it should be, otherwise it just looks like crumpled into place. Rather take some normal paper like copy paper or a cheap pack of Origami paper from a local store. For bigger paper you can cut gift wrap paper square. Just try to get neat precise folds, that will enhance your models a lot. You have a big talent, don't waste it by rushing through folding. Take your time, learn to be precise.

dont worry, i will try to get the best swallow wing with a bigger fold.
the reason why i couldnt get a good wing is because the size of the paper.
7x7cm square resulted in a 4x4cm model.

the fox cant stand on its own because the front legs are light compared to the rest of the model and therefore it just flops down.
