yeah, but it actually works really well!
the tissue is actually unryu, which is much better than standard tissue.

Also, as you have just said , unryu is a type of tissue and whatever you're using is almost certainly foil, thus you folded it from tissue foil.

josh--you keep selling yourself short with this rabid adherence to tissue-foil.
having folded both of those models numerous times before, i encourage you to try them with regular kami. if you look at montroll's actual folds, you will see that he rarely (if ever) uses tissue foil. you will get excellent results, i think.

mabey, but i got a nice result with this paper too.
unryu on foil is much better than regular tissue on foil, because you don't get that horrible crumply affect.
