Passion Origami-Republished as an E-book!

Post by The Average Folder »

Good news! Nicholas Terry has republished Passion origami as a e-book. The link is here. I am definitely hyped to buy this book soon, it looks so good. Also, you can test a diagram here, choosing between a nice three wise monkeys piece, and two monks. Anyone else as excited? :D

I bought my copy last week.

Very, VERY high quality. All diagrams are rendered in vector graphics format. I can zoom in to trouble spots without losing details.

And as a bonus (and piracy deterrent), your name and home address will be watermarked on the book.

I really hope other books get published in this format.
I also do card models -- http://cutfoldpaste.blogspot.com

I don't think so. It was out of publication though, which was why I think he republished it. I got it! I already test folded every model in the book, but do not want to post pictures, because I folded all of them in under 45 minutes :) except the winged warrior, and they are super messy! The book is awesome, and now that I know, I am going to whip out the large parcel of thick and thin hanji that I got soon. I folded Hideo Kamatsu's wolf with the thick. It was awesome!

Yes I know it wasn't the best fold of the wolf in the world, but it wasn't that bad, was it? And anyhoo, I was referring to the paper, not the fold.
