There's also some models I just gift for almost no reason.
And there's some models I have in my bedroom, in my shelf, but I've been thinking in giving them to someone (something like 30 models)
Unless you dip you paper in arsenic, none of this fits your pseudonym on this forum :)
Curse you Gache...
I forced myself to look up pseudonym, THEN Meschenfiend, THEN Misanthrope!! :x
its okay, though
EDIT: It was waaay to much work!! 3 WORDS!!

Does anyone else leave them on parks, buses, malls, elevators... hoping a stranger will appreciate them?

:P

Now we're three... cool :). I wonder if anyone else leaves models in places were strangers might find them and keep 'em.

I guess I love the mistery behind not knowing what will happen :P. How about you?

I put them in a box, and then when I have time, I get back to any of them and write the folding instructions with diagram. (I plan to come up with an origami book someday.) When, I'm done with writing the instructions, I put this in a clear file together with the model. Any extra models, I throw away.

I also plan to use my models for holiday cards and gifts.

I'm always folding stuff from popcorn bags and paper cups at ball games. (I get bored). When I do, I usually leave it lying somewhere. In general, I do leave origami in places, although I wonder whether people appreciate it or sweep it into the trash. It's interesting to hear there are other people doing that too, because before I always felt weird about it.

Funny, Ive left origami at places twice before, and people have given them back to me and told me not to litter.... that was awkward.

It does sound kinda awkward :?. I once left in a park my locking paper bag with a couple of small boxes and envelopes inside. The next day I found the bag alone in the grass and empty :?... It's a cool bag!

Anyway, I rescued it and now I use it when I go to buy groceries.
