I love the crown of spines it has on it's head. It's expression looks so happy and adorable to me.

Are you ever going to make a book? Or at least a diagram/photodiagram for this?

Blatant Stare

Did I hear someone say "book"? When?!

Make that 4 origami books I really want to buy this year. Sigh, and my friends wonder what I use my allowance+b-day money for...

My wishlist for your book is the Welsh Dragon, Blue Butterfly, Labrador (so I could have it in a book instead of scrounging around looking for the pics in order), and Wasp (it's golden!), but the Welsh Dragon is definitely my first wish. (hinthint)

And it's ok to take your time....I might be able to save my cash up for next year then ;) :D :D

I've never seen a photodiagram book...this sounds so cool!

I feel sad for that cable though....now I want to see the ticket ball...<:(

You're welcome Polistes. I hope it turns out well! Keep me updated on your progress please!

(and clarity, hm, I wonder how you're going to do that...a really good photo-editing program or a really good camera? Both? Hopefully some descriptions that go along with the photo diagrams so people won't get confused? Etc?) <--Eh, don't answer, I'll just wait and see--that's what surprises are for. 8)

Oh, and on a similar note, are you going to do any notes or comments about the pieces you've folded? Like how you were inspired to do so or designing ideas? Not pages upon pages of essay but maybe little blurbs?

I'm just curious because I really like it when authors do that (I am not forcing you to put this in, or even suggesting, I'm just wondering about it).

Your smiles are bothering me, you anti-surprisal origamist :P

I personally would like not to know, and if anyone else asks about it, well, guess which person's forum gallery I'm not going to look at for a few weeks. -evil laughter ensues-

I'll still see your flickr though, I'm sure of that ;) 8)

the horse just looks like something from the far side to me - it just looks like it. don't know what the connection was, but i laughed when i saw it. just it's shape is reminiscent of all the horses in the far side books i've read.
