Hi. Name is Gary Cronin, I'm from Ireland, and I'm 21.
I'm also a typical irishman, drink a lot, have a dirty sense of humour, and a happy-go-lucky attitude. My turn-ons include free drink and Rachel Weisz, and my turn-off is anybody who says France deserve to be at the World Cup in 2010.
Originally interested in origami, I took it up to relieve stress. I learned to make some basic models, nothing too advanced.
Sidetracked for a while, and retook it up again recently. However, the Kawasaki Rose design really destroyed the notion of origami as a stress reliever for a while! Eventually, I got it, and have since created a basic dragon, the one from a bird base that has f-all folds to differentiate it from a crane.
Hoping to eventually make Satoshi Kamiya's Phoenix CP model(isn't every newbie?!?! The man is a genius), and I'll be a regular on the forum until I can make a halfway decent attempt at it. Maybe longer if I fall in love with the place! I probably will...
And now, a joke.
It takes ten dedicated Irishmen to run a pub, but it only takes one really depressed-but-rich Irishman to run it out of business.

so have a seat, make yourself at home and show us as many picutures of your models as possible... and if there are some origami models in between nobody will be bothered I think.
I think you came to the right place
