Hi guys,
I'm planning to do the Ryu Zin 3.5 by Kamiya, but im quiet unexperienced with big sheets of paper,
so i just got some ideas and would like you to tell me if they would work.
I haven't got very much space for the folding, so i thought, I divide the cp into 9 squared papers (so i already got the 1/3 grid i have to start with).
I would like to use this golden tissue foil : http://www.origami-shop.com/de/origami- ... -1368.html
I could precrease every single sheet and wouldnt need so much space for the precreasing.
I thought about gluing them together with small stripes of a thin paper and MC glue.
Well and then I would "only" have to collapse it.
I did a Testfolds with the Paper for the Head of Ryu Zin 3.5 and it came out pretty well for using only a 40*40cm sheet. You can see them here : http://www.flickr.com/photos/morpheusorigami
So please tell me if my plan would work, or if it wouldn't maybe you could give me some advise how to improve it, thx

Re: Ryu Zin 3.5 Project
there's a thread on the ryu-zin already. try browsing it. i'm sure many did it by taping together multiple sheets.

Re: Ryu Zin 3.5 Project
I already Read the Ryu Zin thread, i just wanted to Know, if First precreasing and then gluing works.
Also it would be the first time i use mc to glue 2 sheets together, so i wanted to Know if it works with this paper.
