Poper from credic card

Hello, as i was young i used to make this one item, which i forgot how its made so maybe you could help me find out.

It was made from plastic card like credit card or something..
And the purpose of this item is making loud noise when you click its corners.
So maybe anyone of you know what i`m talking about and could help me with a guide?
