i think some models benefit from having stature--particularly mythological creatures and dinosaurs. the ancient dragon shouldn't be "cute, " imho.

on the other hand, complexity also factors in. simple geometric models don't look as attractive to me with larger sheets of paper.

yes some models look better with large paper but it is very hard to make a model to look good if the paper is big because of the shaping. and your right a cube would look very bad if each side was "1 meeter by 1 meeter"
