2.) What is John Montroll's best creation?
3.) What is Satoshi Kamiya's best creation?

In my Opinion:
1.The samurai Helmet Beetle and the Balck Forest Cooko Lock
2.African Elelphant (This mister is good at Elenphant)
3.Eastern Dragon,Sea Turtle, Phoenix,Ancient Dragon,Cariboo and Bahamut!!!
have anyone folded bahamut? It's time consuming and hard to image.Maybe it's the hardest Diagram I have countered.

I believe this is more opinion based so:

1. I think his Night Hunter Owl, Bat, and Jackson's Chameleon are some of his best.
2. He has several nice ones, like his Penguin from Origami Sculptures and some of his polyhedra.
3. His Sea Turtle is nice, with the bottom looking as good as the top, also the Phoenix has nice wings and fits the description of the mythical bird.

I'm not very familiar with his work either-I was tempted to write exactly what you did

2.) Personally, I don't really like most of Montroll's designs, but that's just my opinion. But I do like his blue shark alot.

1.Can't decide...Probably his Black Forest Cuckoo Clock, Samurai helmet beetle and Moose.

2.His Lobster (from "Origami for the Enthusiast").

3.Bahamut or Ryu Zin, both are phenomenal.

1) I really like Robert's simpler models... so: Leaf-wing butterfly, Murex shell, Ibex (from Origami Animals) and White-faced mouse.

2) John Montroll's Chessboard is excellent! and hardly anybody folds it... his Stegosaurus is also very good.

3) I think Satoshi Kamiya's "Kirin" is one of his most resourceful models-- I folded mine from the earlier version of the diagrams, I don't know if the new version has a better folding sequence or not. It is also possible to fold well with smaller paper, which is a plus-- many of Kamiya's models are awkward unless you use super-thin paper.

i like all of lang's models, especially the mammals
