Hello

Im looking into buying a couple of ISsei Yoshino's books

Just wondering has anyone got the English version of the T-rex skeleton If so is it as good as the Japanese (i.e is it directly translated or a completely new set of diagrams?)

Also I found out the english version doesnt come with the fleshy T-rex but is the fleshy T-rex also in Issei Super complex origami because I intend to get that aswell.

It says on the book review website

THAT

THERE ARE TWO VERSIONS OF DIAGRAMS FOR THE SKELETON BOTH FOR THE SAME MODEL.

THERE IS ONE IN JAPANESE AND ONE IN ENGLISH .
THE JAPANESE ONE ALSO INCLUDES DIAGRAMS FOR A FLESHY T REX ENGLISH VERSION DOENST
I was wondering if anyone new whether the english ones are as good (or better) than the Japanese. Also is the fleshyt rex in the Japanese version the same as the one from the his book ISSEI super complex origami.
Note : The fleshy T-rex is from 1 peice of paper
Which one do you have English or Japanese?

Also nice pic! Cant wait to try it just not sure which version to get and I want to look into it first before buying a relatively expensive book.

If Origami House is correct, the japanese version of this book is out of print, which thus makes your choice that much easier...

I own the English version, and the instructions are very good. It is a great model, and I recommend that you purchase it. It can be purchased on Amazon without going through Origami House (I believe).

I've looked into the "fleshy" t-rex. From seeing pictures of the one from the japanese skeleton book on the internet and comparing them with my own Super Complex Origami book, they indeed look like identical models.

Hope that helps!

hard to remember, years passed. I think it took a week until it stood like you see it now.
