Hey, well I'm new here.
I was just wondering if anyone knows a nice board/table for origami.
I don't have much flat surfaces to fold on around my house and I'm tired of using textbooks for folding, so does anyone have any suggestions?

There is no specific folding surface that is best; I think that most of us here at the forum just fold on a table or a desk of sorts, maybe even the floor.
Although, I don't think that there are many "floor folders" out there.

Oh, and welcome to the forum, MonkiX7! :)

Hi and welcome on board!

My favourite folding mat is an old drawing board.

Well I'm looking for a board, sorta like a drawing board i guess, to put on a table of sorts so theres no dents. Perferably one with a grid just for misc. reasons :P

I have one of those awesome cutting mats for cutting paper and stuff with an exacto blade. Its got a grid and because it is a cutting mat I can obviously cut paper to square and stuff. You can find them at any arts store most likely I got mine at Micheals and it works very well.
