Yay! I have finished my first complete diagram and I would like to share it with you guys.

Like I said, it's my first one so it has some problems, but I hope it can be folded!
Tissue foil or wet folding works well with this one, as it will be a 3D model.
The belly is also color-changed, so you can use a duo-color paper too!

PLEASE fold it, and post results!

One question (probably because of my terminology deficiency): I'm not sure what a swivel fold is? I just haven't encountered that term before and saw two definitions on the web that didn't look the same. In your diagram, it looks like what I have seen labeled as an asymmetrical squash in step 14 and then an inside reverse in step 15, but my vocabulary could be wrong. At any rate, it seemed to come out pretty much right with a piece of notebook paper torn to make a 4-5cm square. I'll try again when I have some better paper that doesn't turn into fuzz so easily.

Just as a favour, I have compiled all 3 pages of the Dolphin's diagrams into one PDF file. Here is a link.
I just don't really like the way you have to access them, with all the loading, multiple links, and whatnot. It's just a tad inconvenient.

Donya: It's a fold that can be used in many different ways (not sure if mine is exactly a swivel fold )
It's kind of like creating 3 folds at the same time.
Hmm... I think step 14 IS a squash fold, I'll have to fix it

Second try, but I again used too small (10cm) and too thick paper, so I couldn't duplicate your shaping. The color changed belly worked, but the dorsal fin got kind of messed up (too large) partly since the front got too thick for me to manipulate easily with the paper I used. Anyway, here is my probably not-so-good attmpt:

Do you have a photo of the version from the diagrams? Also, it looked like for step 25, if I did it right, the flap should be showing the blue side...I'm not sure if I did it right though.

Nice try with that kind of paper!
I suggest you to use tissue foil that is at least 20 cm x 20 cm.

The fin is quite easy to make smaller/bigger, and you can also adjust the pleat in front of it. These folds have no reference points, so I can't get the exact folds to the diagram.

I have the new version folded, unfortunately my camera is kinda messed up. I will try to take a photo.

For step 25....Yes, it's correct that it should be colored
. I'll fix it.

EDIT: Now i got my camera working, so the picture is now the new version!
