Does anyone know where I can get ahold of some good, high-quality thin Foil papers that ship to Australia?

You could try the stuff on Nicholas Terry's website - I have heard some good stuff about it. Or, you go with Tissue foil (although, to be honest, it depends on what you want to fold).

The foil paper that i have been using for my recent models has been foil paper from Nicholas Terrys shop, which is origami-shop.com

The metallic foil stuff that Nicolas has been selling on his shop is (or at least very very similar to) this: http://www.gpcpapers.com/showproducts.c ... 7|Metallic|
I've had a good deal of success using this to make tessellations and some figures...as seen below. The difference is that this stuff is a lot cheaper...and available lots of places.

I buy Nicolas Terry's foil when I need it, and I live in Australia. They ship here.

If you only need small paper, go to bakery supply store and find foil paper used to wrap candies. The ones I get are 4 inch squares.
