Hi I have to make a spider for a friend and I was just wondreing if anyone has a reccomendation for which one to fold. Ive got quite a few books and it would be useful to have some suggestions!

Spider by Mark Leonard is very nice and easy.

I have folded it several times. Check pictures no 9 and 10 in gallery at my site

I like "viuda negra" by Manuel Sirgo. the spider on the picture is a modified version of the original. it somehow looks better to me that way

I really enjoyed folding Max Hulme's spider, I believe diagrams are in a recent BOS magazine.

the folding process is the same, just the shaping is different.

ok thanks i folded manuel's spider in the end and sculpted it in a standing position.

I tried folding it from a piece of 15x15 kami once, but failed miserably. I couldn't shape it at all, and it was just a black ball with some straight sticks. I really need to start making my own tissue foil so I can shape my models a bit after folding.

i'm trying to finish that mark leonard's spider model, but i'm totally stuck in step 19.
