Returning Folder

HEy, I don't know how many of you remember me, but I used to be on here talk a lot etc., then i stopped for no real reason. now I wish to regain my mediocre folding skills with some new models. any help?
also would like to get tips on designing my own models.... preferably from an experienced folder.
