Foil edged ribbons

I've been hunting for the ribbon that silentillusionz used in a post about making a heart by joining swedish stars together dated Dec 11 Can anyone tell me where I can obtain this foil edged ribbon that is 1 cm wide? Any places in Canada? Thanks, Rose.
