I found this Bill Bankwitz had folded skeleton model of dinosour - wow it is amazing, and I would like to try it

Anyone can help me on where to buy this type of paper which bill used?

I'm not good in paper knowledge, could anyone reconize what kind of the paper he used? All I know is "granite paper", can I buy it through internet?
