playing with the fishbase i found this little envelope. it's so simple that i fear i'm not the first one who got his idea. well, it has a quite smooth folding sequence and the lock is secure without any further support.

another play - another envelope: this time with an octagonal shape
with such a simple design it is always possible that there were other people thinking and folding the same way before. if you know about an older publication please give me a hint. so i did not copy the design of someone else but got the model once more by playing around with some basic folds.

Hello, the CD envelope is very nice.
The simple design do not mean that someone folded it before. You are probably the first! Try to ask master Kasahara.
Do you know about our "international" origami meeting this saturday?

tureen - a small modification of my teapot (a contribution to the october challenge 2011)
as well as with the teapot there's just an illusion of 3d in this model. so it could be useful for decorating an invitation card for a soup-dinner, for instance ...
