I have folded Lang's tarantula Lately from CP which is in ODS (p301).

You can see the result in my photo album.

I have folded two models from CP so far. First was Nicolas Terry' dragonfly and now tarantula. I still cannot believe that I did it :)

I finished folding Lang's Oringami Insects a while back. Here is Lang's Flying Ladybird Beettle That I folded from a 25 cm square of foil backed paper dyed black on one side.

Congratulations, A very nice Gallery I see you used foil for every one. How did you get black paper and foil?

Thanks. I used Rit fabric dye to color the white side. Just mix the dye, lay the paper in a shallow tray and poor the dye over it, the foil side repels the dye. I mainly use foil because it holds its shape and is thin enough for complex models.

I just recently tried Wet-folding. I folded them useing 70 Lb paper for pastels. Here's a few pictures.

Photos

I put a picture of the Waterboatmen I designed in there also.

I also folded a life size Eupatorus gracilicornis, from a 10 inch sheet of foil.

Lately I have folded many crane envelopes (BOS 121 if I am not mistaken), talking fishes, and Susumu Nakajima flowers. (This is a REALLY beautiful flower, and everyone simply loves it!)
