tanvuong85, you can fold a square in half, and then continue folding as a rectangle :P : DD

Man.... ...standing on one foot.... ..pointing a gun into the air. Elegent, eh? I was attempting to design an "Assassin", and while doing a test fold for the gun, had a bunch of extra paper left over, so I messed around, and came up with this :). I'm still working on the assassin, but...

Yeah, I guess it´s going to be box pleated too xD I started already

Women's bathroom signs.

The first one was a lot closer to what I was going for, but it is really messy and kind of hard to fold. The second came out nicer, simply because there was no experimenting. It was really obvious.

Both folded from the cheapest origami paper imaginable (it's kind of glossy). It was just an experiment, but it was successful enough.

hi, my name is nuluk and I live in France.
Excuse me for mistakes I will make in English, because learning a foreign language in France is catastrophic (or I was perhaps not a good student ...)

Here is my first attempt for this challenge : folded in a bad paper ... thus a poor result ! But I think it can be improved with a little more attention (is that the right word ?) and a better paper...

He doesn't have a watch, though.
By the way, Nuluk, please give us the name of your model!

Nice work, Kijjakarn.
Your man has a good posture .

No name for my fold yet ... I have maybe not understood all the rules of the challenge. Can we show our work in progress ? Or must we show only our definitive model. To my mind, i can give a name only for a definitive design... and mine is really only a bad sketch :?

.... And do not hesitate to say to me if my English is incorrect  , I try to improve my translation...!

Nuluk, your English is pretty fine so far.

You can also post work in progress pictures, but I think a final model would be nice to see in the end.

Here's a first draft of a princess I'm working on.

She is boxpleated of course.
This one was made from some very flimsy tissue paper at work. It was only just strong enough to keep her standing upright.
I'll try again soon with some stronger paper.
