I filled out the form and received my gift. How do I know who to send my gift to?

Update:
I found out (quite a while ago) that the address was in my email. Since part of it was written in French, it was placed in my spam inbox. I've sent the gift, and it was actually someone I followed on instagram. Next year, remember to check your spam if it isn't in your primary email inbox!
I quite enjoyed exchanging origami gifts. It's really heartwarming to know that there are thousands of people around the world who enjoy this amazing artform called origami.

Is there a secret santa going on this year? (2018)
