What kind of paper Joseph Wu uses?

I know it's probably custom-coloured but what about the kind of paper?

Looks like tissue foil.

I asked him about it on Instagram. He primarily uses elephant-hide which he hand colors using acrylic inks. Definitely not tissue foil.
