Where do you buy VOG and LOKTA papers? Or is it possible to make it yourself? Thanks

Also for Lokta: www.handmadepapers.us

Phillip, research your topic first. $1000 USD is not right. More like 400-600 USD. Plus fibers and all...somewhere around 700 USD. For the VOG Papers, well there really isn't too much you can do to make it. The company is private.

According to this thread, viewtopic.php?f=21&t=9163&start=30 , it helps shaping quite a lot if you use MC, otherwise the paper will splay and layers do not stay together well.

it folds fine without it. i've not had the relevant experience, but the main concern with sizing beforehand is that you will lose the crumple effect, as described when attempts are made to wetfold. if the texture isn't important to you, go ahead.
